Well, you at least have REASONS and not EXCUSES for not being around! LOL! If I may be serious for a second... ahem as a Forester by education (B.S. and A.A.S) and after hours occupation I always warn non-pro's against grabbing a Homelite Saw and having at it. I buried one co-worker 2 years ago who didn't listen. The tree, nor the fall killed him... but the stay in the hospital finished him off. Logging/Woods work is considered by most insurance companies as THE most dangerous profession on earth! I think they're absolutely right. Now you survived that "widowmaker" to the noggin' but next time you might not be so lucky. Money you can replace... you we can't replace. End of lecture... glad to have you back!

Thanks for wise words and again for the well wishes. Lady ToE was none too happy with me either and pretty darn angry when I went up on the roof to finish off the tree a couple of days later while she was at work. That’ll be my last time doing tree work.

"See Hollywood and Die," another Season One episode of The Fugitive from 1963. Kimble is working as a "grease jockey" in a small New Mexico town when two punks hold up the place. Things go from bad to worse; the punks kill the owner and shoot the sheriff, and take Kimble and a young woman (Brenda Vaccaro; much later to play Joey's mom on Friends) driving a Lincoln Continental as hostages.

This one is neat, because Kimble -- to save himself, and the woman -- pretends to be a criminal! He spins a tale that he was about to knock off the gas station and is heading to LA for a big big heist, and hints that he might be able to use the two punks on the job. Slowly they come to believe him . . . but what will Kimble do when they get to LA? Exciting stuff, with the young Brenda V., and future director Lou Antonio as one of the punks.

The Durrells in Corfu. I wish all programs that attempted to be upbeat and pleasantly quirky were this successful at being upbeat and pleasantly quirky. The cast gels incredibly well, and their timing is only getting better.

The Collection. I like the cast a lot. I'm not sure about the story, and so, I wish they were developing character more. It's early. Maybe it's coming.

Ride with Norman Reedus. I find this to be an odd program. I don't quite understand the need to share time with minor characters. To show you employed local talents and didn't just barge into localities with a crew and your idea of a place? The narration is a bit self-indulgent, but I like it nonetheless. Sure made me want to visit Spain.

Last night's The Walking Dead (WOW!), and then the finale of Fargo, season one.

I think I enjoyed it a bit more than season three! BBT, what can you say???

All of Season 2 of "Stranger Things". Personally, I enjoyed it. While not as "ground breaking" as the first season I found it fun and fascinating. Since it can rightly be considered a "hit" and with the demise of "House of Cards" I'm sure it'll be back sooner rather than later and with an even bigger budget.

I loved Season 2 of Stranger Things! I had a few complaints (what was the point of the addition of new characters Max and Billy?) but overall, I loved it.

Watched Poldark on Sunday night, then caught up on last week's episode of Supernatural because I FORGOT to watch it. Thank goodness technology allows me to watch it on the CW's website!

Three more episodes of Millennium, season two. I had not seen these in quite a while, and have not watched them as often as many of the others, so in most cases it was like watching them anew.

Coincidentally, I watched the last four episodes over the last couple of evenings, including that one. The four demons (Satan Found Behind Me or something like that), and the two viral episodes that I frankly think killed the show (Morgan and Wong - why? WHY?).

Last week's episode of The Orville. A weak ending, but otherwise a good little Star Trek-Lite story, in which the ship's doctor is taking her 2 kids on a vacation, and they crash land their shuttle on an Earthlike moon on the other side of a "space fold," 1000 light-years away from the Orville. Macfarlane's character, the captain, is in this one very little. If he's executive producer of the show, as I think he is, he's got the sense not to have his character front and center in every single episode.

"The Flash" - Throw away episode. I'm all for "Girl Power" but I don't need to be hit over the head with it for a solid 42 minutes! And with the crap going on today with predatory male behavior... this show seemed laughably childish.

Episode 3 of Burns "Vietnam." I continue to have the same two feelings - one, great documentary and, two, I'm getting mad about it all over again (not healthy).

Season 3 of "The Great British Bake off -" I'm not proud of myself for liking this show, but I'm rarely proud of myself anyway. I love watching them make all those awesome baked goods. Also, they, fortunately, keep the fake drama of the show down and really focus on the baking skills.
