Leah Remini and the scientologist series. With each new exposed morsel, it gets more and more weird. I wish they would explain how the family unit works for the average member. It's bizarre. Some of the kids never go to school, though they go to live in boarding campuses? The parents aren't actually parents in the traditional sense. Each ends up working in a different division of the quasi-military system, which is confusing because the celebrities seem to be allowed to remain a more normal family unit, or at least that is how they are presented to the public. And the amount of money these people are held accountable to give to the system is mindboggling. I don't know how they come up with it. Move up the ladder. Get knocked down the ladder and restart. Buy everything over again...and again. There has to be billions and billions packed away in a mountain somewhere.

The Librarians And The Trial Of The Triangle.

Really wanted to like this series when it originally premiered. Watched the tv movies with Noah Wylie & enjoyed them immensely. Guess I was fooled into thinking he'd be the star of the series & when he wasn't I was disappointed. Just don't find all the characters as engaging as I'd hoped they'd be. Please tell me it's gotten better & his character doesn't show up from time to time to save the day like it used to be.

"The Man in the High Castle" - Just finished Season 2. Seems like there'll be a Season 3 (Yay!). Still it's funny, the "MAN" is rather pedestrian, his castle just this side of a shed. And in the end, ole Uncle Adolph has more in his "castle" than the other guy did. Still, after a slow first episode, the remainder of the season was gangbusters.

I am SO GLAD you liked it, Worf! :)

He, along with several other cast members we've mentioned, should be walking away with Emmys. I find the two young male leads - the ones who play Joe and Frank - adequate but not up to the level of acting of those we have been talking about.

Yes, I agree with you on that. Their performances aren't as good as the older ones, but are still excellent.

On a side note, I had a dream where I lived in the Man in the High Castle universe. It was bizarre, to say the least. I happened to escape to the German side of the country (I was briefly in the Japan-controlled Pacific States) through some kind of time portal. And I ended up in a high school baseball field, the "base" of the Resistance. I think there was a little Red Dawn stuff thrown in there. Ha! Oh, and Benedict Cumberbatch was the grumpy high school principal whose house served as the gathering place.

Yeah. My dreams are super, super weird. I remembered this one so well that I immediately wrote everything down this morning.

Actually, they have brought Noah back this season, full time!

Wheeler Dealers. Ed picked the car this time! A 1916 Cadillac, he wanted to do the Paris to Peking rally, but the couldn't work out all the bugs. They ended up with two 1916 Caddies.
