Yes, me too.
Pawn Stars
Live news coverage from Dallas in '63. Weird to see from before I was born.

A lot of things went on before you were born. lol lol
I had to both laugh and shake my head in dismay when I saw the History Channel's schedule for today--documentaries about the Kennedy assassination all day...until 6 p.m, that is, when they started showing Pawn Stars. shakesheadPawn Stars
Assuming you're referring to the documentary JFK: 3 Shots That Changed America, I was watching that as well and found it very interesting simply because I was far too young in 1963 to remember any of it. I couldn't watch the whole doc because I had a doctor's appointment, but I recorded it to watch later (along with several other new docs that aired this week). Having the luxury of hindsight, I thought it was interesting to see just how much erroneous information was broadcast by newscasters at both Parkland Memorial Hospital and the Dallas Police Headquarters in their rush to get the latest information on the air.Live news coverage from Dallas in '63. Nothing has changed there!Having the luxury of hindsight, it's interesting to see just how much erroneous information was broadcast by newscasters at both Parkland Memorial Hospital and the Dallas Police Headquarters in their rush to get the latest information on the air.
True. It's somewhat understandable when you consider the confusion people were experiencing in the hours and days following Kennedy's death; not so much when it's something as unimportant as the latest "celebrity model of bad behavior" faux pas.Nothing has changed there!

Watched a few minutes of Doomsday Preppers....oh boy there are a lot of uninformed, isolated any very scary Americans out there just waiting to go ballistic against their fellow man.
