In honour of James, I watched Counting cars, Hippie Van. I was worried that James had given the Elves treatment to his TV during that episode! I did like the 60s Caddie, always liked the tail lights on that year.

I watched a few episodes of The Beverly Hillbillies recently just to see if they were as hokey as I remembered them to be (they are). Nothing against Max Baer Jr., but Jethro is just plain irritating. Conversely, I have a newfound respect for Buddy Ebsen's portrayal of Jed Clampett--a masterwork of restraint in a sea of actors hamming it up. And big points to the people in the wardrobe department who created Jed's hat; it looks like it would crumble to dust if you breathed on it too hard.

I was also finally able to watch the newest episode of Fast 'N' Loud. Tom never fails to entertain! "Any time someone relieves their bowels in your general vicinity, you have no choice but to be sad." ound:
