Gun Crazy, 1950. Peggy Cummins (drop dead gorgeous and still alive). Great "Bonnie and Clyde" sorta film, but different. Really liked it. I think it was on TCM Essentials.

I watched it too, also the first time I'd seen it. An excellent little flick, very well done for its modest budget... though it only struck me as a semi-film noir. It was cool seeing around-11-year-old "Rusty" Tamblin playing the younger John Dall.

I like that film and she's lovely in that film. Each time I watch I keep threatening my wife that I'm going to get her a pair of those sexy tight cowgirl pants she has on during the show ;) Then I get that "We're not amused" from her...

That movie was depressing. The way it ended for Horn stunk.
James, you might enjoy this! It's about the real Tom Horn, Hollywood played lose with the facts as usual. Either he was framed, or it was a case of mistaken identity, with Tom shooting the kid, thinking he was shooting his father. In real life, Tom talked to much at the trial and may have condemned him self. Apparently he lived up to his nick name given to him by Geronimo, "Talking boy"! Although, some of the real life exploites of Horn are more interesting then the fiction. http://www.leverguns.com/articles/staley/horn_vs_hollywood.htm

S on of a gun. Didn't realize it, but I thought he looked "familiar". Dall died really young. Too bad, he was really good.

"The Battle of the Bulge" - I know I recently talked about how bad the movie was "historically" still all that death and destruction just sucked me in (as it always does)!!! I just can't help myself! I'm a child of late 50's early 60's... war movies were "mother's milk" to us red blooded 'Murican Males!
