But really...seventies shirts can so easily be found for dirt cheap....it's not worth the trouble to go custom.
Search ebay for 70s deadstock shirt. Deadstock means it has never been worn. In case of poly shirting it might be better this way.
Since I couldn't find a topic on Arrow shirts, I figured I would post this here. I bought this last week for, in my mind, a VERY good price. It is an Arrow Kirk shirt, I'm trying to confirm my thoughts of this being from the early to mid 1930's. The seller stated the 20's, but the NRA tag makes me think differently. Also, does anyone know a good place to buy collar studs?

This picture is from 1975, and I am guessing that the shirt was thus produced sometime in the 60s or '70s.
I was hoping to either find the same shirt or find something similar that I might know what colors the patterns on the shirt were. I darkened the pic a little to make the pattern a little more noticeable:
