I absolutely love the Panther, I've contempted buying a goldtop patrol,,that's the closest I can get to old school belstaff quality. Do I need one, absolutely not,but still want one :)

The Goldtop one is among the best of that style available as a production jacket these days, imo. It's a bonus it has the built in armour and CE certification too, if you're looking at it as a riding jacket.

Working on some more appropriate photos. Can’t do tough vintage guy anymore. Morally flexible 70’s guy Might work though.

Great jacket. I know a lot of people associate this style with the 70s, but of course it was reviving something much earlier at that point. Sort of thing I always associate with that US mail order catalogue "1950s Confident Dad" look - dressed to spend a colder afternoon in the outdoors, puffing pipe an optional extra. It's a look I'm a big fan of, myself.

(Is it just me, or is the guy on the left of the 70s catalogue page Mark Wahlberg as a time traveller?)

The Y2 Grizzly, this will be my only jacket I'm taking to Japan next week, might not be the only one coming home!!
Nice, I’ve got the same one. How do you like it?

Have a great time in Japan. I just came back from visiting Tokyo and Osaka. Lots of fun stuff - outerwear and everything else, really - over there. Your grizzly will do great.
