This one was an older one, I have to take a look through the catalogue to see its original year of production. Under the sub label Joe Mccoys (non military, civilian line), and under that sub label is the Outdoorsmen Sportswear line. Very confusing I know so it's easier to just call them all Real Mccoys. The previous owner also used a jiffy marker to black out the Joe Mccoy & Co letters. This actually happens often, I've had jackets with the label cut off too, not sure why but it happens.

Yes, now that I ponder it for a little while. If they incorporate a two-way zip, really no need to also shorten the jacket. If talk pure functionality that is.Cool jacket, and the mods sound pretty reasonable to me too. I don´t know about "shorter", but the arm holes on some Addict jackets are pretty demanding if you want to layer up.
A two way zipper on a jacket that sits on the hip - yeah, well, maybe helpful if your doing a lot of sitting crouched over...
