What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

So after some stretching of the sleeves the aero I received yesterday is everything I had hoped for and more. That being said, I’m not wearing it for an admittedly lame reason: I coordinate my jacket selection for work based on the weather. It may be a function of my OCD tendencies. Or rather it’s definitely a manifestation of them. When it’s sunny, as it is today, I prefer lighter tones. When it’s darker out so is my attire. Does anyone else do this or am I the only lunatic in this asylum? I think I’m also not wearing the aero because I enjoy delayed gratification in a masochistic way. Enough therapy.

Wearing my 5* whisky hh on this lovely day. It may not be an aero but I love it nonetheless.

Well I cannot say that I coordinate my outfits based upon the weather and sunlight, interesting idea for sure.

when the sky is a bit cloudy or if the weather forecast predicted rain shower, I pick jacket that needs some breaking in, and wearing simple black or grey or other dark t-shirt underneath

Just an update on the Appalachian. Been a little over a week since getting it.
The leather already started to soften up nicely. We had heavy rainfall in NY on Memorial Day, so took it out which jumpstarted the break in.

Really starting to dig it more. It's true, it only gets better as you wear it. Unfortunately, I've had to wear it mostly at home for the time-being :D

So you picked one up. Super!

I didn’t take the plunge. Price is high, and the pix on the website don’t do it justice. Glad it’s a stunner in real life!
Thank Tom. I got lucky with one on the used market, there’s a few water spots here and there but it’s all good. It is a great jacket and I like this cossack design more than the other RMC half belt models. Thanks!
