Yeah I think this was perfect and the jeans really worked well.thanks! I thought you might dig the matching. I had white leather pants which I sadly sold, too but it would've been a bit much to be honest.
Now that I'd go to war for.
Good to see you're back in the leather jacket game.I wanna be a cowboy, too!
But seriously though, the JL is something else.
What are those trousers please @Al 916 ? Or are they shorts?
Either way, excellent combo of colour and texture.
I wonder why the Japanese call a halfbelt a 'single riders'. It's not a riding jacket.
You will have to promise not to tell anyone!!
Marks & Sparks heavy cargo.
and thank you...
My guess is maybe some translation issues and perhaps them falling into the trap many do of thinking all leather jackets are motorcycle jackets.I wonder why the Japanese call a halfbelt a 'single riders'. It's not a riding jacket.
I not an expert in jackets origins or history. But this RC jacket worn by @dublinpremium is not a true half belt I believe? The patch on back at half is just an attachment. adjusters are at the bottom of the jacket. See the snap from avenue boss attached. I see this more as a simplified version of Hercules. Also, I think most Japanese makers are calling these kind of jackets 'Single Riders' just based on collar style ignoring other details as you pointed out...I wonder why the Japanese call a halfbelt a 'single riders'. It's not a riding jacket.
Back in the days the style was called a cossack jacket with 'stitched-on half belt'. That's exactly what this rainbow country is imo.I not an expert in jackets origins or history. But this RC jacket worn by @dublinpremium is not a true half belt I believe? The patch on back at half is just an attachment. adjusters are at the bottom of the jacket.
