Im starting to wonder if this jacket is cursed or blessed. Another crazy incident today. And if you recall, this is the deer killer. I was in the hills scooting along a tight S curve. A car heading in the opposite direction lost control and was heading right at me. She must have been going 60 or 70, way too fast. My first thought was to get ready to do a triple lindy over the car. I was ready to pull it off. Then she overcompensated in the other direction and the car started to roll as it went by me on my left. Felt like I was an extra in a Fast and Furious movie. It rolled over three times, destroyed a fence and ended up by some cows in a field. I stopped and helped the lady of course. All is well. She was more concerned about her violin than anything else.

So, is the jacket blessed or cursed? Lol.

I’m keeping it no matter the answer.
You’re still alive so blessed.

yes I have been there many times, the 90 year olds on raid that refuse to stop driving their Lincoln town cars. That’s a while different battle

Curious- what do you mean by rolling it up and putting it away?

that's how I store my couple of jackets also.

Dang close call. Mines wasn't nearly as dramatic but was enough for me to sell the bike. Glad to hear you're OK.

No jacket for me at the moment as the UK is experiencing the first full-blown heat wave of the year.

A simple t shirt is absolutely enough.

Infuriating, as I've just finally got a cross zip riding jacket that fits and I love, and I don't want to just use it for riding.
I am lucky because it never gets that hot in Yorkshire lol.
