59er courtesy of Torfjord. My first foray into decent leather jacket territory. It was a great price and I grabbed it partly as a fit jacket experiment. Really happy with how it turned out and has helped me dial in the numbers for future jackets. Will go an inch or so longer in the back/front for other patterns but I get that the 59er is designed to be short. It's a cool jacket and the hide is supple but substantial. Has the potential to develop good character.

Alright, @torfjord, let's make it two cross-zips in a row. The weather in NJ is much warmer than in your neck of the woods, so my pic is in my kitchen, lol. Got to love those cross-zips though - no other jacket I know fits and feels so comfortable as a cross-zip...this one is a Kurland. Can't wait for a cooler weather.

Love that jacket! Just saw the same one on ebay yesterday. If anyone ever comes across one in a 36 or 38 please let me know!

Baltimore. Actually, I love it.
Kicking back indoors after one last hurrah in Michigan. Gave the California sportswear a coat of URAD and replaced the busted pull with a proper Talon. I just love this jacket. I think despite being a bit on the short side in the rear, it’s the coolest HB I’ve ever had (besides the Albert Richard which was too small and simply can’t be topped).

But im happy with how it is darkened now i can park it into slower rotation at this caramel tone and set in creases with no regret.
Brother Navetsea, that hide gets more beautiful by the post. I greatly enjoy seeing the shift to a honey/gold brown.

Hercules I just got from @JCSD via @handymike. Just fits. Arrived right before I left for a weekend music fest. Seen here with the old Silvertone, which I believe was also a Sears brand haha. I'll get some better photos soon as it's a sweet old piece. View attachment 359791

Silvertone is indeed a Sears Brand guitar. Always have a Funky tone. Congrats on the new Hercules.
