General question about coats: how new could a coat be and still have the amalgamated union label? The style or brand is kensington.

Unfortunately (from your perspective), that’s the rare one as Will Brown stopped making that pattern 5 or 6 years ago. They do come up for sale from time to time though and all of those colours were offered in heavy cotton twill.
In case I see one, What size are you after?

Just got this in the mail. Had to put on my pants and try it on. Putting this on in this weather was heroic! Sure is shiny and new!

Too hot to wear anything but a t-shirt but in the mail today I did just receive my newest acquisition: a Filson “Ranger” lightweight oil cloth bomber jacket (stock photo off the ‘Net).
Found it for half-price, brand new, on the ‘Bay.
Jacket has a full lining, 2-way zipper, real horn buttons, Mackinaw wool collar, tons of pockets and is very comfy and easy wearing.
Has that 1920’s/1930’s Golden-Age of Aviation kind of look to it.

That is the Midnight Blue CXL horsehide that has all the boys going wild here on the lounge. I have stayed out of the fray until now but it’s not getting any easier with all these great jackets showing up in this beautiful hide.
