I’d sure like to see a video of this jacket if you haven’t already posted one.Sierra Sportswear Horsehide 1940s
High on my list of favorite jackets. The leather is substantial the fit is perfect, condition excellent. This is as nice as any new or old jacket I've owned. This one makes me question the point in looking. Certainly keeps me away from spending money.
This jacket has the gathered sides. I've had other jackets with this and they all fit nicely, just hug your body. I doubt anyone would make a new jacket like that today?
This jacket tends to get dry. I'm guessing it is Chrome tanned. Reminds me of Lost Worlds jackets.
I love that Terry, fit is spot on too, as usual.
Really hoping IH comes out with a lined jacket for F/W. If not I might get Ciano to make one out of some of his heavy denim. Ginew makes a nice one as well but not in 21oz.Well, I’m done with leather jackets. I’ll keep what I have but This 21oz IH j-77 denim makes for a really nice jacket. I need a blanket or pile lined version for winter. No more leather. Heaviest denim or canvas only. And maybe wool. These pics suck. I’ll get better ones. This should really be something when the creases pop.

Yeah that 30oz canvas from Ciano looks amazing but the horror stories of wait times...keep me at bayReally hoping IH comes out with a lined jacket for F/W. If not I might get Ciano to make one out of some of his heavy denim. Ginew makes a nice one as well but not in 21oz.
Greetings All:I see what you mean - it looks as good if not better than any leather I've seen you in. I don't think I've ever handled 21 oz denim before.
A bit more dressy than usual with leather jackets but the Norfolk calls for it. Found it a while ago on Ebay, I believe it is 60s or so from the US.
PS: I closed the cat by accident for like a couple hours inside the room where I had the jacket lying on the bed, she peed all over the bottom area and I had to wash it by hand with water and lexol leather cleaner to then condition it. Fortunately the jacket doesn't smell but it isn't as smooth as it was, more rumpled look and it shrinked just a tad bit in some areas, oh well!
Exactly my thoughts, the room was full of clothes and shoes, only over the jacket and she was sleeping over the clean area! And it had to pee on the jacket. Nowhere else but the jacket. Sorry to hear that. Pour tons of Lexol over the affected area, should restore it to some extent. While not having any profound effect on a healthy jacket, Lexol does miracles on leather that really is dry. Just raised an old motorcycle jacket from the dead with Lexol.

Never happened before so now I take care where I leave my jackets.
I actually used lexol conditioner in the whole jacket but I feel it needs some more, thanks for the tip. Fortunately the jacket is still wearable.
I would definitely like to see some FCL photos to see what these jackets look like in the real world (outside the FCL Instagram feed).
