This is the tag on the suede rancher. As you can see it's still marked $8 from the thrift shop I got it from. I've got some sweet scores over the years.

So sorry to hear that! Always sad when pets pass away. Did you have him for a long time?

Very sad news.

The cat is running around the Elysian fields as we speak.

Sorry to hear it Nav...I've had to do the same with two dogs over the past 2 years. It's heartbreaking. Pets teach you how to love something selflessly and their lives burn super bright and fast.

Real sorry to hear that, @navetsea ...

Sorry to hear about your cat @navetsea . We have a sick dog (kidney failure) and I know how difficult that can be.

HotDamn! That's gotta be your best one! Game over- sell all but the Modoc and black Forbisher.:)
(Sorry to hsar about your dog & Navetsea's cat)

Thank you friends, so hard to see them grow up and get old in such a short time. he was a very curious and social cat, always like to sit on our guest's bag or jacket or on top of handyman's toolbox and left a lot of white hairs on them.

@torfjord yes the cat had lived for 18 yrs, a feral cat gave birth to it at my house somehow and left him with us.
@Superfluous having a sick and fading pet is saddening, sorry to hear about your dog

I'll go get a turtle next and hopefully before I die I would see him grow into Donatelo to help me fix my gadgets and home appliances.

JMax...I bought it new in 2003 after retiring in 1999 at age 52. My Wife and I rode many summers to different parts of the Eastern US over the last dozen years or so. Pic of Loudmouth was taken about 5 years ago. She still looks the same. I've rode a MC since 1964. Bought my first new one in '72 after returning from Army (Triumph). Had Kaws & HDs ever since.
BTW...the Denim jacket is probably 7 or 8 years old.

What strikes me most is that you retired at 52. That's only about 7 years older than I am now. I predict I'll die in my office chair and be wheeled down to the dumpster and disposed of with uneaten high school cafeteria food. Or. If I'm lucky, the following weeks meatloaf lunch special.

Tony...I worked for GM for 33 years until they decided to sell out here locally to another company in 1999. In order to keep my retirement and benefits totally with GM I had to take early retirement. Fortunately I had several years notice and a few years of plentiful overtime to get most things paid off. It was a blessing for me and allowed me to set up a small studio and get back into my artwork which I once thoroughly enjoyed spending my time at.
