@ton312 at my place it's Blackhawks flying between Holsworthy Army Base and the RAAF base at Richmond. They usually fly in twos at not much above tree top height and the entire house shakes, it's ridiculous - especially at 11pm when the kids are asleep. Seems to happen every couple of weeks, there will be a bunch of flights going over three or four times through the evening.

The finest Highland carnitas. I don't know why I assume Europeans don't eat Mexican food. Probably because I've never met a European that could eat anything spicy. How common are Mexican restaurants in Scotland?

Closeup of my brown Cal LAPD. It is a dark chocolate that wears hard but ultimately shows a lighter brown undertone. I haven't seen too many brown Cals and only this one in this darker shade. Stitching is an even lighter brown that pops.

Sorry for the late reply. I have a vintage Vanson CHP, tagged sz 42, that fits my frame about as perfect as any jacket i own. It’s right there with the old Cal CHPs but still a little less beasty. Feels very comfy to wear.
Also a vintage Vanson white label CR in tan or natural tagged 40. Chest and length good, sleeves about 1” too short.
