Got my Aero Cafe Racer in and have been wearing it around the house as it has been in the mid 90s this past weekend. Finally got to wear it today to work.

That's the standard way of doing pockets, some are neater than others, and depending on leather colour it can be more or less obvious, but these "tears" are always there.

Another Aero pocket. A bit less obvious 'cause of the colour. The thicker the hide, the more pronounced are the cuts.

These are made just the same way as the first pictures you posted, they are just a little neater.
Like i said, they vary from jacket to jacket, some machinist probably are more bothered with details and spend more time getting the corners super tight and neat, some don't.
Like @Monitor said, the heavier the hide the more obvious they are, the colour also plays a big part. They will be more obvious on a black with brown undercoat hide than they would on a brown on brown, or black on black hide.

If the black jacket you posted is yours and it really bothers you, you could maybe use black dye to hide the brown that shows, but it really is not a problem with the jacket in any way. It falls within natural variation of a handmade product.
