It warmed up to a sunny mid 60's so it's just the deerskin trading post vest over a Henley and Flannel for today.

Because it's not an Aero design. It's one of the Levi's patterns :)

It looks great on you, congrats. Goatskin is a great hide for this pattern.
You are right of course. The 'original' LVC /Aero Rockabilly should arrive tomorrow.
I remember that someone (maybe you) once posted a picture of a very similar jacket from the 30ies, which might have been the template of the rockabilly/rockafella.

Just a quick shot coming back from my physician. Still feeling pretty bad (and looking the part).
My new aero rockafella ( made by Julie Leitch) in goat needs to be introduced to tfl anyway.
Best aero design I have personally worn. View attachment 661656 View attachment 661657

Beautiful jacket, it looks great on you! And a normal size and placement of the neck hole, a rarity among Aero jackets!
Hope you feel better soon!

Wearing my .50Cal B3 from ELC. Had a 44 but never felt comfy in it so went up to a 46. Tad roomy but I’m ok with that. View attachment 661411

How I want the fur collar when it gets coldly cold
Been on the fence about the fit of my sunset, particularly feels tight in the shoulders. What do yall think?

Just a novice myself. Things I expensively learned is does it feel comfortable in all ranges of arm motion, I gotta sell my IH shirt it’s too tight around the pit.

As for the look. i imagine it would look better the more its broken in.

looks fine on the shoulder, but is that the best you can rest the jacket over your shoulder, seems like the jacket doesn't rest well on your shoulder and making huge neck/ collar gap
He’s likely pulling at the sleeve cuffs so they don’t look too short and thus creating that neck to collar gap.
