You are right of course. The 'original' LVC /Aero Rockabilly should arrive tomorrow.Because it's not an Aero design. It's one of the Levi's patterns

I remember that someone (maybe you) once posted a picture of a very similar jacket from the 30ies, which might have been the template of the rockabilly/rockafella.

Just a novice myself. Things I expensively learned is does it feel comfortable in all ranges of arm motion, I gotta sell my IH shirt it’s too tight around the pit.
As for the look. i imagine it would look better the more its broken in.

He’s likely pulling at the sleeve cuffs so they don’t look too short and thus creating that neck to collar gap.
