What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

I've got a light duty work jacket I wear in the morning at work,but beyond that no jackets for me till probably mid October.

But this happened too (The lightest HH (more like a heavy suede, and very easy to wear (unlike any of the other Aero I have had)))

Both from the same lovely seller and at a pretty good price if I had the two of them.

The vest length issue is probably an optical illusion from the jacket underneath and where my arms are.

Can measure later but here it is again all buttoned up for clarity. It hits right on my belt.

Feels like a great length/size to wear solo or over other layers.

I have no idea!

There were also less apparent patches on the front above the pocket. I’m planning to find some replacements and put em on

The listing didn’t make clear that there had been patches, but I got a good deal and I decided to live with it

Thanks! It’s their horsehide, really lovely quality. I think it’s the same as the brucchiato but dyed burgundy.

Rainbow Country does a really nice Herc repro as well. With the USD being a strong these days its roughly the same-ish price as the Aero from TB.

Brilliantly understated piece. On the one hand it doesn’t look fancy in any way, on the other hand it’s just perfect.

It is fairly thin, so it works really well here. It’s definitely not fancy, but I haven’t found a “beater” this nice either.

The zippers on the sleeves are placed along the side seam- I haven’t experienced this before, but I like it. They stay out of the way, unlike when they are on the top or bottom of the sleeve.

It has presence, for lack of a better word. It’s just there. And looks completely natural. Sometimes you see jackets or outfits that look forced or like a costume. This is the opposite of that.

Its a good time to order direct from Aero..the dollar is pretty strong against the pound at the moment ( the euro too)..New dustbowl is £720 which is about $850 USD
