Dehen 1920 N-1 with mouton lining and collar. This jacket. Man! It is heavy, stiff, and the shearling is THICK. Feels like there is something inside the jacket that is adding bulk to it. But it’s just the thick, dense mouton lining doing it all. Gotta keep breaking this one in! Still a challenge getting it to zip. I keep saying one day I’ll lose a few more pounds.

So beefy! A jacket I'll never need where I live, but can appreciate from afar

PS: Bought this from @Colin G a few months ago. He’s a stand up and all around great guy. I couldn’t have asked for an easier transaction!

That certainly looks to be Chicago late January proof! That collar is fat! Nice!Dehen 1920 N-1 with mouton lining and collar. This jacket. Man! It is heavy, stiff, and the shearling is THICK. I'm afraid this is the only way. (Sorry for the scandinavian inside joke)Filson mackinaw on my lunch walk today. Also wore my Bates leather trousers that I got from @Monitor
I really like them, but I have no idea how to work them into an outfit. I feel like they are too much if I wear them with a leather jacket so I’m trying different combos to see what I like.

Did they ever look as cool on me!? I have regrets now. . .
Lol, I wear all my leather trousers with textile jackets, too. Not ready for the Wasteland. Yet.
Some tan suede up top could look good. They did look really cool on you. Chief reason I bought em.
Honestly, the day they arrived I tried them on shirtless with just a leather vest. That was actually pretty cool in a 70’s counter culture kind of way. But a bit too much on a guy that is turning 40 next year. Maybe a look for a costume party. I don’t dare share the pics here.
here with a Henley and leather vest. Much more decent.
