What Jacket Are You Wearing Today?

My work jacket when it's cool but not too cold yet.
1980's USN Jacket, utility, mens, blue that my uncle gave me.

It's full of grease and oil stains, and the ends of the sleeves are deteriorating so I'm currently looking to replace it.
I'll have to look on Ebay and see what I can find.
It's comfortable, durable, lightweight, and much warmer than you'd expect.
The storm cuffs are something I really love too.

I almost got 2 firsts for my 618 today. I have yet to have it in the rain. We had a LIGHT shower so I put on my 618 and took the m/c to get beer before the game. As I was walking in the gas station a young boy (maybe 12) carrying a very large pop said "nice jacket". That was my first compliment on my Schott. That really made my day, and I thought to myself, there is still some hope for the upcoming generation. lol.

As for my other first, It really didn't rain that hard. The 618 just shrugged off the water. It didn't soak in, just blew off. Maybe next time.

Bengals fan? ‘Bout to see some OT. I’m praying for them as I’d rather shave with a cheese grater and hot sauce than see the Packers win.

No, A Browns fan thru and thru. We have had some rough...eh em... decades.. lol.
The owner of the company I work for is also the owner of the browns.
He gets plenty of teasing about how bad they've played the past decade.

I have no clue how they're doing now though, I only cared about the 9'ers when I did watch and completely gave up on the entire game when Kaepernick politicized it.

I don't fault anyone who still watches though, and hopefully your browns are doing much better than I remember.

Both look great! I knew the Sportclad would work! Now, what about the Californian!??
It should be
I got home from Greece to find this 50s Monarch waiting for me. It is not too often that I can find a vintage jacket that fits. The sleeves were lengthened and I think it fits spot on. Very cool.

Did I say Hercules? I meant Monarch, and boy is it nice.

Came in Today and it Fits! Nice heavy wool on this one. Love these Conmar Bell zippers from the 40s. I can't believe I got this and it fits! I would have kept it in the closet if it didn't fit.

No label. A well made garment.
