Got 4 Cals and none of them fit like this. I'm like Goldilocks with not enough beds. One of them is close and another one is aspirational in case I ever lose 10 lbs. Think I need to sell the other two and roll the dice again.

I’ve just recently bought a second Cal Leather jacket and it’s slightly too big for me, a little long in the arms.
I’ve seen some are really short in length too, I must have gotten lucky with this one.

I’ve never been terribly good at math but I’ll go out on a limb and say this is the best $110 I ever spent. @Infinitum I owe you bro. THANK YOU!!! Little sponge bath and some URAD and new leather laces and this Vanson model E is right and tight.

This song captures every emotion I could possibly have about the Vanson E....there’s one perfect fit and sugar this one is it...LOL. True story.

Looks great! Glad to see you with another model E. Did you size down for this one compared to your usual size you get for an E ?

Nope. It’s a 44”. I’m sizing myself up though. Been putting in extra work for the past 6 months. Won’t last but speedo season is right around the corner. LOL.
Looks great! I am getting impatient on my columbia emailing norshor about a possible build

Here's my 2nd Cal Leather Jacket, i actually saw that @Monitor posted it on here for sale after i had bought it.

I'll be honest it doesn't fit as good as my other one, its much longer in the arms and not as fitted in the shoulders like my other but i still love the jacket. I've even found myself rolling back the sleeves at times.

I'm a big fan of vintage jackets with lots of patina.

that one is amazing as well. Love that extra pocket. I think a lot of us struggle with the Cals because of the back length/lack of front drop and short sleeve length. What's your weight and height? They seem to be fitting you great.

The one I have that I love the most, my 50s one with the great teacore patina and original zippers, is too big for me, but alas has the extra sleeve length and back length. Need to gain about 10 pounds lol. Think I need to sell and keep hunting.

Yeah i've seen a few Cal Leather jackets that are really short in the waist area.

I'm a little over 6ft / 182m and weight around 13.5 st/ 189 lbs (i tend to wear size 42)

Los Angeles dipping down into the 60s all week. All my pagan rituals must have worked. Wore this aero C3 yesterday.. A tad big on me but this is going to get a lot of wears next fall and even some spring nights. More about comfort and coziness than fashion on this one.

And dusted off my Enfield this morning. Was washed few weeks back and now hit it with some skidmores. It's glowing.

ah ok. We're similar, so you're telling me there's a chance LOL :p:p

Going to spend the next couple weeks doing the "spring" cleaning, see if I can get rid of a couple that don't fit, figure out what I'm missing and what I really want, and then start the hunt again.
