They are my widest trousers. I think the leg opening might be 20" so they're wide, though this is a 1930s jackets and from what I've seen, jackets like this were not worn with slim trousers back in the day and I think they looked good... not that I'm wearing anything exactly as it would have been worn back then.

Specially this look is what you see a lot of people wearing when into leather jackets and vintage stuff:

Also... they wore the big cuffs too. Nothing is new in the way "heritage" guys wear their denim or leather jackets.

Snug jackets with Denim?

Any of these looks is basically what people into "workwear" wear on a daily basis.

Wide legs, cuffs, half belts, wool, you name it. Everything was done:

You don't dress any differently than any of those guys. They just wore it to death and that's the look a lot of us enjoy.

This thing ain't bad at a $150-200 price point. Obviously an Aero Blackened Brown Vicenza would be better, but scratching this itch in the meantime and saving some bucks.

Had to give it a serious water treatment. Mostly because it smelled like a bottle of cologne, but it was like 15% too big for me too. Took some abuse in the dryer, a good hour on max heat, and shrunk down nicely. I also moved the buttons on the wrists to give it more of a taper and tighter closure. In doing so I discovered the leather is dyed through, so not going to get any sort of break in colors. I'm guessing best case, maybe I get some fading and duller shades of black around the high traffic areas. But like I said, for now, all good.

It arrived a day early! I’m going to write up this jacket. I think Aero outdid themselves. The color is very hard to describe. It def has more evergreen in it than the last batch. Full sun pics tomorrow so I can actually see what color it is. I purposely wore a blue shirt and black pants to try and capture it at least a little bit. Let me tell you. I AM IN LOVE!

Looks like the midnight blue returned to what is was around 2018. Beautiful blue-green undertones. Didn’t Radz up in Canada have one of the first batches of this stuff? So nice. Looks great man. Perfect.

That is exactly what I thought too. It reminded me very much of the shade of his BL. I have to see it in the light tomorrow to know for sure. Was essentially dark when I opened it up. But I do see loads of green in it. I’m geeked man. This one turned out pretty darn cool.

I'm glad you really like this one! That's a nice fit, you really mastered the Aero measurement system! Can't wait to see the back design, what a clean looking jacket. I hope it's a keeper. . .

The photos above clearly shows only guys with excess in leg length can afford to wide cuff and doesnt look short legged as result, and
everything looks cooler when slightly dusty, disheveled, scruffy, and in black and white picture.:p
:D im team stacks. I feel longer legged when my jeans has normal opening and stacks a little.
