Ditto. Rows after rows of people so geared up, they might as well proceed to Annapurna while they're at it, but no, you often see the same sort, taking a break only at the most narrow spots on the path. I just run past them and ignore the comments. The entire etiquette where you have to say hi to the people who have reached the summit (of one mile) is so annoying. There's like a thousand people you'll pass at any given day. It's not that big of a deal.
The thing is: I always loved the woods. Have been out on my own forever. These lockdown days, all people can do is go hiking or beat up your family, so all places I used to have for myself are so cowded now. Really can´t and won´t blame anybody for doing what I do but still: It´s not the same anymore.
