Well, those alterations took that out of the equation. Well done technically but the sleeve decoration looks off now. You can immediately tell it's been altered. I'd def. keep it now as the size look right for you and it is such a nice jacket.
Can't agree that the sleeve decoration looks off, for amateur eyes like me certainly can't speak anything differently. Well, just different opinion.

Well, maybe I'm just seeing it because I had the jacket... :D It's all good but you gotta keep it 'cause it fits you to the tee.

Dena did an amazing job! Jacket certainly doesn’t look too small by any means in the shoulders chest or arms. If anything you have plenty of room in the sleeves/shoulders which are often pain points. It looks perfectly tailored. The thing with selling an altered jacket is it guarantees a loss that is often hard to swallow and the altercations must be disclosed. This jacket is rare too. I spent gobs of money altering the TRD and sold it at a laughable loss. Partly because the project was meant to test Dena’s skill and kick a small business some cash (I never had much intent to keep it). But that jacket was TRD. This is much more special/unique.

It's sugar cane Indian motorcycle jacket, it's not gonna fit you. The jacket has weird measurements, shoulder like 42, chest like 40 (21.5 inches), waist like 38. I have 43.5 chest and I have no idea how can I fit in this jacket.

Can confirm. Without an ounce of exaggeration, that jacket's got a drop from 42 shoulders / chest to 38 waist. It looks super cool, Brando like when you wear it but the waist isn't very comfortable if you're a size 40. It's still one of the nicest jackets that I ever had and if I had kept it back then, it would've fit me perfectly now.

US Wings Kangaroo Indy Jacket (Schott made) also came back with sleeves shortened, turns out right sleeve is about 1 cm shorter than left, I keep look at it everytime I put it on, very disappointed. (She refused to admit the mistakes, I guess sometimes we just have to accept it and move on)

This jacket is a mystery to me. Its not the most unique design in fact its the most common biker style. Its not the most vibrant or unique cordovan or burgundy color. It doesnt have crazy contrast stitching or some crazy colored zips. Yet for some reason I cant help but stare at it every time its posted here and think to myself "I dont know what is about this jacket, but its simply killer."

My sentiments, exactly!

There's a few things I think I would like to change:

Sizing:

-Sleeves half an inch shorter
-Pit to pit half an inch less
-Bottom hem width one inch less

Design :

-Bottom hem panels half an inch added hight.
-chest pocket left instead of right
-chest pocket one inch lower

Overall I'm quite happy with the design already, but I think these few changes will make the final jacket even better. I especially like the back design.
