I don't care but my guess is internet bullshit, fueled by middle aged men with nothing better to do, acting like entitled little babies while criticizing others when they really need to take a long hard look at themselves.

Kind of describes most BS on the internet.

Yeah that's my perspective. There was one guy on Sufu who had legitimate feedback and for the people who read my response, I think you can tell that I agree that his feedback made sense and I definitely am definitely thinking about what he said.

You guys aren't seeing the passive aggressive jabs in the other threads.

I don't mind the criticism of my photos at all. I mind the idea that me having a blog makes me a greedy, stupid person which is the characterization I get from a couple of those grumpy old men with nothing better to do.

I think aside from the what jacket are you wearing thread, this place is pretty honest. If something looks bad or doesn't fit well, we say so.

Does get tiresome though when some always offer compliments even if a new jacket fit is glaringly wonky or honestly not a good look for the person. I think honesty should be most important rather than always complimenting any look just to be nice.

However, an honest opinion can be given in a nice way rather than presented in a way seeming like an attack. Such as: ' The cap would look so much better on you if it you'd give it a more lived in shape and perhaps wear at a slight tilt instead of a straight on new hat appearance that stands out'.

Listing what you don't like about various postings on other forums by a member is a form of getting personal and over doing just to create ( as you say ) drama, IMO. Like an attempt to discredit in a way....and for what..just the drama.

I realize now I shouldn't have said anything. I forgot so many people here read those forums too. I just wanted to thank everyone for the kind words here and for helping me feel better.

Im taking on the dumbbell mission
Sadly I don’t have anything at one. I’ve created something like a makeshift prison gym in my basement but it’s just not enough. Starting to get to me a bit. Yesterday I volunteered at a food pantry unloading 24 pallets of food boxes. More because I wanted to lift as opposed to a social justice motive. I was actually disappointed at the number of volunteers. Lol. True though. I’m getting real squirrelly.

My next door neighbor broke up his concrete patio this week, with a sledgehammer! He's quite ready to get back to the gym too. I'll be helping him out loading a dump trailer tomorrow which will give some good arm, leg and hopefully not foot workouts. Suprising isn't it how quickly the muscle-mass melts off outside the gym it seems. At least hay-baling season isn't far off so I may be out doing that this year.

Nothing beats cold hard steel used for big boy compound moves, squat, deadlift, bench. But a 45 weight vest an some db will work you enough to get a good nights rest after nutrition time!

Been three years I've started working at a warehouse. Lifting boxes and crates at least 3 hrs a day on average, with the rest of the time spent on boxing or just collecting things from shelves. Physical work most of my work time. Never have been skinnier. Zero gains. XD Lol must be nutrition...
