Ok I know it is an Indiana Jones style, and it is Disney. But I can just make out on the tag that it is by Something UA Designs. and the leather is almost like Suede. So who makes it? and what kind of leather is it?

From your photos, it looks like nubuck. A suede where the nap has been sanded down.

Cooper Sportswear had the Disney contract for jackets. Cooper became US Wings which is still going. As you've already established on COW this is one of the lesser known Chinese imitations of a Cooper - a knock off of a knock off.
