Dropping off a pan of cinnamon rolls to the neighbor (my wife made way too many as the first batch didn’t meet her standards). The house is from the turn of the last century and was my wife’s Grandparent’s when they first bought property down here (they built our current house in 1969). They sold this house and five acres to a buddy and his son has it now. The bell was from a one-room school not too far away — the school is long gone.

1930s The Stetson Special.

Next time we do a trade, Bob, can you throw in a cinnamon roll or two?

I'm finally back at it again after a short bout with some kind of flu or illness of some sort. I did a quick practice run on this 4X Stetson refurb. I don't know how I'd classify this one. I got the idea for this hat style from what I think was a Borsalino. It now sports a 6 inch open crown with a Center Dent and a 3 1/2 brim with a pencil curl. I did a thin ribbon with a Borsalino style bow work. I also gave the brim a slight swoop in the front.

Terry, that is an AWESOME transformation. Kudos for sure on that one, and glad to hear you're on the mend.

That hat is, quite simply, breathtaking.
