@Bird Lives the hat is a normal snap brim fedora, but I’m wearing it brim up. I’ve always loved how this looks on Alan and some hats it just come more naturally to.

It certainly looks great with that one.

I'm still not certain if it's after market or original to the hat. My guess is the former.

Never occurred to me to drop it in that thread. I'm generally not a.pin or feather guy.

Me in my Civil War replica beehive slouch hat I shaped by Dirty Billy's Hats. Great for reenacting but also works for country things like watching the local livestock show.

My hats are all boxed and being bespoke, have sponge-like forms to keep the shape correct. I will show you another time.

Has anyone in the northern hemisphere been brave enough to dust off the straw hats yet?
This blazer was made for straw hats but the weather needs to warm up.
