Day with sun and some clouds to act as a veil for a day in which hearing the roar of a car is an event

First exit for a Borsalino Qualità Superiore size 6 or 59 cm. 7 3/8 US

The felt is a "M. Magma" and the ribbon is "Talpa" no name of the model

The color and finish of the felt are well represented in this photo and in the second. In the others, like all the mixed felts of Borsalino, the color varies according to the light

I wish you a good day and a happy year for you and your families and loved ones:)

Daniele, top notch! Really a beautiful hat.

At the moment a Triumph Sprint is wearing my Stetson Bowler.
I always knew that bike had good taste.
This hat is so comfortable it feels like it's giving you a temple massage.

I'll say it again: damn, that's a nice hat, Michael. My favorite of yours.

Thanks Max. It rotates in and out of the top spot for me. Always in the top 5, though.

Can't stay on here long. Spent 6+ hours in emergency yesterday treating severe headache and vomiting. I sure hate all the drugs.

Max, intravenous toradol was a lifesaver. 3 new meds and a follow up visit with the surgeon, but also a warning to stay off computer screens and laptops while i recover from surgery.

Grabbed a stingy Charles Knox on the way to the hospital. Me, after 12 hours of hell...
Sorry to hear that, Doug. Hope 2020 brings a speedy recovery to you. A very Happy New Year to and yours.

Michael thanks. It is a almost recent production, but a real gem.
I have to add that in these days you have crossed the threshold of excellence with ineffable coordinated hats and suits;)
Thanks Daniele. The great thing about winter, one can actually wear some nice woolens. I've been particularly enjoying your heathered and hairy collection of late. They all look super.

Thanks,
Michael

Imagine how dull it would be in a world without Steves!
There's not too many Mad Max's around although there is my Red Foot Tortoise, Max, pictured on the right.
My wife's daughter named the tortoise as we weren't sure if we had a male or female hatchling so Max is now short for Maxine.
