Today...some question wearing brown and black together. Their loss i say.
A forties jacket with a fifties hat. Or maybe the other way around idk. I do know the Dobbs Forty is a hat of distinction and above reproach in any sense. Finger felt as nice as i’ve seen including some of the most highly sought after felts. Couldn’t ask for more in a hat i say.

That is one beautiful Dobbs Bowen.

The whole don't wear black with brown.. is always a strange one to me.. especially when you think the trim on most brown hats is black. Plus how often black and brown are together in nature.

Tremendous hat... You wear it well.

Yessir. It has a nice finish and hand. Medium thin and very dense. The colors look even better in person. This was three bars on the bandit the day I scored it.

Got to go and shop for our new dog we are picking next week. Saint is his name and he is a Barbet.

I'm going with this beautiful 60's Stetson 3x Beaver in a deep chocolate brown.

Congrats on the impending new family member-Saint. The Barbet's are cool dogs and soon to join the AKC as Sporting Dogs.
