What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

My Lee bronze label formed the centerpiece (at least to me) of my Chief Jim Hopper costume along with my wife as Joyce from Stranger Things for a costume party last night. It may not be the $600 exact replica from Worth and Worth but I think the Lee did a fine job of setting the mood and let Hopper be Hopper.

Another two hat day for me. First up was a vintage Borsalino for worship services this morning.

This afternoon it was my most recent custom from Northwest Hats.

Cleaned up a bit to celebrate our 12th Anniversary.

Perfect occasion to wear my Lord Kent Beaver 15 Homburg for the first time.

Gray day and leaves of various colors now at the start of days of rain

Borsalino Qualità Superiore size 6 or 7 3/8 US

Felt is thin and too much malleable, unlined. It is perfect for these days of almost autumn.

This Borsalino is one of the lightest of my collection. Not so old, in fact nothing is written on the paper label, if not number and no date

I like the color combination, bold for that time in the house of Alessandria

All that remains is a praise for all of you who show quality hats every day

That Borsalino is an enviable shade of brown. I like that quite a lot, and the unique crease on the Northwest puts me to mind of Roy Rogers signature crown.
