Cold this morning. Houndstooth jacket and a 1900s Stetson. Sellers pics didn't show the snowflake aeration in the top.

Going in for my first post-op on my hand surgery this morning. Other than some throbbing pain early on, the pins in my hand are just annoying now. Wearing a grand 1940s Stetson Whippet clone bespoke hat by Mike Miller of NW Hats. The hat makes it all better...

Super hat, great looking scarf, you're looking well, Mike. Hope the post-op op goes well.

October retained its name (from the Latin and Greek ôctō meaning "eight"). In the original Roman calendar October was the eighth month. It is the 10th month (after Julius Caesar expanded the calendar).

Lovely cool day for the start of October.
Pendleton Topster and vest coordinated with a vintage Towncraft tie and Stetson Whippet. I had to change to a cap as the wind was too strong to continue wearing the brimmed hat.

Never mind the ôctō, that trío of hat jacket and tie are wonderful, Eric. Beautiful colours.

Thanks Steve. How do you like this jacket that I found at my favorite thrift today?

Oh my, Michael, I like it a lot, but not sure I could pull it off as wonderfully as you. I'd love to visit your local thrift store.
