This has been a go-to straw for me since the year Art started turning them out, and it looks it. One of my most well-worn, I really like the cool-casual look.
If you've got it, flaunt it, Charlie! Cool!

Finally found a good proper hat box for packing away this magnificent Anton Peschel I lucked into a few months ago. Mayserwegener says it’s NOS from the 50s, very high quality, of the finest Austrian velour hats. It certainly reflects all of that. It effortlessly molds to any crease/bash dry. It is an elegant, exceedingly fine velour felt fedora.

I’m not really hip on all the terms that get tossed back and forth here by some on describing felt hat characteristics, quality but I know this. If this hat were a woman her name would be Salma Hayek.

The only thing that could be superior to this fedora would be my MacLachlan 100.

Exquisite hat, but don't make us choose between the hat and Salma Hayek!

Today....sitting here wondering who’s gonna do the rear brake job on the Hummer?? Prob the guy in the hat.
8 lugs each, 75 lb wheels, my hands hurt just thinking bout it!
A little longer and the rim will match the hat. Think i’ll just go take a nap!
Be well. Bowen

Ha ha Jonathan!
Good memory on the jacket bootcamp thing.
I do believe that beast of a jacket is going to do some washing machine bootcamp. It needs a little motivation platoon to yield it’s wayward ways!

After yesterday's LW leather your arms should be jacked. Those wheels should be fearing you.

No idea what all that car talk is about, Bowen. However, that is one super Stetson Nutria. Hats I understand. Cars, not so much [emoji4]. Hope you got the car fixed.

All I understood was "wheels" [emoji4]

I think he might mean there are eight screws per wheel, and each screw needs 75 pounds of pressure to unscrew. That would explain the "my hands hurt" part.
