What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

Great looking Borsalino, Stefan. Amazed you can still wear them in our European heat. I think we two need to start a tie-, suit jacket lounge. Yours, like your hats, are in my style.

Thanks, Steve. Huge differences in temperatures over here. Some northern winds coming in from the north sea cause a drop in temperature where I live, but in the south it's still about 30 degrees C.

Stetson The Sovereign Twenty-Lite. Very light indeed, even with a liner. I had never seen one before. [emoji4]

And there I was thinking I had pretty much all the straws I wanted. If anyone ever sees one of these in a 7 7/8 (I knlw, I know), please sound the alarm.

Terrific. Makes me feel all summery.
Thanks Stefan. It was quite summery here today. I saw 87 feels like 97 at one point today. Thankfully it has cooled down a little now.

Temperatures are on the rise again, but today was still a light felt day.

Fantastic hat. The felt looks gorgeous. And a great jacket, too. Great look all around.

I think this must be one of the most supportive sites on the net. There are no trolls, no experts trying to make others look stupid. No derogatory comments. Sometimes joshing comments, but never derogatory.
Robbie, you're spot on. I've learnt a lot from the FL, too. Any ribbing is friendly meant and respectfully done.
Your hat looks like it would suit a feather ribbon with a tassel bow. I'd never have gone for it, but might now if I had a super hat like the type of yours. You've broadened my hat horizons.
That's the great thing about the FL [emoji4]

Back problems are tough, Mike, mainly because they can be so hard to remedy satisfactorily. I know a few people with chronic back problems, including my wife.

I may have missed it, but has there been a diagnosis as to exactly what is causing your pain? For example, my wife has degenerative disks in the lower back which cause the vertebrae to rub together and pinch nerves which is horrific when it happens. We've already been talking about fusion of the last couple of vertebrae but that is a last ditch choice.

Here's hoping for an outcome that involves no, or less, pain for you.
I have problems with L4/5 causing the sciatica in my left leg. I have an appointment with the spine guy on the 22nd of July. I'll know more then, hopefully no surgery. My discs are also hamburger, have been for years.
