It is a light weight Borsalino with this lovely combo of colors

From the paper label you can decipher color and "type"

A perfect day hat, approved also by an old friend I meet outside a bar

PS I forget an important thing: this is part of the Italia-Netherlands exchange. Thanks Stefan

A beautiful hat in a dangerous color. You look leaner, Daniele... perhaps the long walks are having good effect?!

Gorgeous, Daniele. And worn with the usual panache. Wouldn't mind finding another one of those in my own size!

I picked up a Stetson 25 Open Road on ebay a couple of weeks ago. It was a size 7 and the sweatband was toast so I didn't have any problems with sizing it up to a 7 1/4. The original brim was 2 3/4 " and I only lost about 1/8" on the brim width after sizing up so I was pretty happy with that. Put in a new sweatband and bow. The ribbon had some slight staining so I replaced it as well. Turned out pretty nice I think.
