Just pick a superlative, Jim. Wow.Shaping up to be a great spring day in Funkytown. Waiting for the enchilada special to-go and breaking out the unlined Dalton for the summer.
Happy Hump Day, all!

Good luck, Doug. Smashing hat again today.
The "van der Steur"s are a different branch, Max. Most of them came from Haarlem and were a family of architects. One of them designed the Museum Booijmans van Beuningen in Rotterdam. Not many of them left: only 84 with that name left in Holland. Our branch fares better: 1593 with that name in Holland (in 2007). Don't know how that useless information will benefit you, but there you goThank you, Stefan Van Der Steur [emoji2]

Very nice homburg, Jeff. I like the way the brim curve is done with those sharp angles.
You had already told me that you're not a van der, Stefan. I was just emphasizing your Dutchness. The "van der Steur"s are a different branch, Max. Forgot all about that. Had me searching the other branch on the internet though: some interesting characters there. And it was reassuring to find there are about 1600 of our kind still running around in the wild. You had already told me that you're not a van der, Stefan. I was just emphasizing your Dutchness.

I've missed out on interviews before because I was out of town, on Ecuador, etc, and I was afraid it was going to happen again, but these folks were very open to work with my schedule (including my misadventures with United Airlines).lI’m glad your delay didn’t keep you from the interview. Good luck...do you mind sharing what position you’re applying for?

Such a sweet lid, Steve. Serious velour.Nora - Hüte Wien possibly 1950s. The Velour on this hat is fantastic but I have no idea of the source. Could have been from older stock. I wasn't able to find anything on Nora - Hüte Wien so probably a very small operation. I have had this hat for a while but decided to replace the lower quality sweatband.
