What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

Last day of super nice weather for the spring equinox. I love this Champ Featherweight, Kasmir Finish. The 4 fold pug sets off the light weight felt and gives it s spring/early summer look I really like. No satin liner, this one just has a crown "decal," for lack of a better word. Tippet? Not really a sweet satin tippet but uniquely nice nonetheless.

It's just a bit small for me at 7-3/8 (59cm) but a sweet lid, clearly.

Thanks, Michael. It turned out just like I had hoped. Rick sure makes a nice hat. That Gannon in powder blue has me reconsidering that color as well.

The Wormser does have the looks, but the clear winner on all fronts is the Penney's.

I almost bought one myself. Well Dressed Head by Keith Lo Blue in Australia. Best caps anywhere, IMO. He has about 10 that I LOVE.

As you can see the liner contains a mirror!

Heinrich Balke, Bremen advertisement that mentions the "Weser" trademark, Deutsche Hutmacher-Zeitung (German Hat Maker News), January 11, 1930 from the from the Gotisches Haus (Gothic House) Bad Homburg , Germany collection.
