I'm just goofing off before the gig... Tonight's hat will be this Campdraft Deluxe in Moonstone. We're playing a fundraiser tonight for Habitat For Humanity. Then going home to an empty house since the wife and kids are at a hockey tourney! Peace and quiet await! [emoji38]

Looks like it's time to brush this hat too...yikes.

Thanks Bob. Your beaded hat bands inspired me to source this one. I saw a wild chicken chase off a feral cat recently. My bet is on the dog, with that get up.

I have been traveling slowly home in the wet snow this evening. When finally reaching home I used the snowblower and shovel while wearing a Gannon fedora (charcoal beaver felt and matching ribbon treatment) to clear the driveway and some walkways. March is historically Minnesota's is snowiest month. Steeling myself for the battle.

I am grilling a pork loin for my dog and I. A vintage Stetson Stratoliner is doing head duty for my breakfast efforts on the outside grill. The hat is doing it's job well as snow fell from the nearby trees and my bald pate was totally safe.

Truth in posting: I have been sipping my breakfast Founders Oatmeal Breakfast Stout while grilling. Pork loin, wild rice, cabbage and my stout for breakfast.

I did prepare an extra pork loin for my dog as he was deserving for going for a long snowshoe adventure this morning. Excellent!

Having just taken this dark olive green Huckel out for an image in "the green mile" thread, I decided to wear it out with my Flight Jacket last night to a fundraiser. The three of us, hat, jacket and I got totally soaked in a HEAVY downpour.....I was worried about the hat but we all came out just fine!
