Thank you rc! It's just too bad you can't find that ribbon anymore. I'd love to get my hands on some. That adds a very nice touch

I thought so too, so I took him on a trip to Australia and Malaysia. We actually got caught by COVID and couldn't get back home for over a year. He was doing great but at the very end of that time he went downhill rapidly. The liner started discoloring and the brim started sagging; the sweatband was obviously about to rot and crack. SE Asia is just really hard on hats and I never intended to have him over there for 1.5 years..Retired or not. Sure looks like he‘s got some life left to live!
Oh.My.Lord. I think I need a cigarette...............Been wearing these two a lot lately. Circa 1980 OR and a Stetsonian. Not sure how I end of lucky like this but the Stetsonian has just over a 2 3/4 brim!!
(I have a few modern Stetsons with a wider than advertised brim.)

And yesterday I wore this to a rendezvous event in Wisconsin. My R M Williams Thoroughbred.

Stunning choices, as always, Eric.Good morning. My morning soirée was taken just after the rains blew through. A minty Adam thin ribbon fedora was my hat choice.
I brewed some coffee and enjoyed it under the brim of an unlined Stetson Playboy.
Cheers, Eric -
Thanks Joe. The background is the house of the family of Monica, my life partner.A beautiful color combination and love the backgrounds
Thanks a lot MarkOh, that's a STUNNER!!!!
I agree Stefan, even if the "special" quality of Borsalino are often a thrillMolto bello, Daniele. More than slightly special I'd say!
You are KILLING it with these fine straws, sir!!!
That's the one i am missing in my collection (yet). Great milan!
With the wind cord and that wonderful liner, Nathan, who needs a ribbonNo ribbon Tuesday for me.
This 1940s Adam Majestic is one of my favorite warm weather felts. I don’t miss the ribbon at all.

No ribbon Tuesday for me.
Thanks Steve, I'm thinking the same. I love how the wind cord settles down in the crease, and since there are no stitches to cover (maybe because it has no reed?) the seamless vibe wins out. With the wind cord and that wonderful liner, Nathan, who needs a ribbon
Mine is the Brazilian model?
Great shot, you guys look terrific! That hat suits you very well.
