That TD is wonderful and brings back some great teenager memories. My parents bought and restored a 51 MG TD that same color. I got to drive it often. What a fun and cool car. I’ve been a MG fan ever since. Your Y type is something I never knew about. It’s gorgeous.
The first photo, the one of Tina & I standing beside our vintage MG, got lots of attention that day. It wasn't just our mode of dress that day though, I have kept a journal about the adventures that we have had in our classic MG.

At shows and elsewhere the journal is there for all to read. It has it's very own reader stand:

The shirt that Tina made you might like, it depicts many an MG, not least your lovely TD.

She rather cleverly made the buttons from lapel pins.

There was one pin that was different, still a lapel pin. Tina snipped the spine short, filed it and made this for the hat ribbon.
It gets as much attention as the car.

It's seen here on my Biltmore straw, but it does the rounds on my hats whenever we take the car out.

Knox Fifty. I was lusting after it, but it was said to be a size 7, two sizes too small for me. So decided to buy it for my brother in law, but when it arrived, discovered it did fit me!! It seems to be virtually identical to the Fifty owned by Dr Max, the only other Knox Fifty I've seen on the Lounge. Brim is 2 1/4 inches, one of the few hats I have with less than 2 1/2 brim.
What a hat! Congratulations

Knox Twenty for work tonight. It’s 85 degrees in North Texas today. It was tempting to wear a straw.

The Knox and the shirt, Bill, compliment each other perfectly, what's more, Tina likes it too. Tina has been rather poorly of late, we both tested positive last week, it more or less bounced off me but it has laid Tina low. Thankfully she's stable now and giving me grief, (always a good sign,) seeing your shirt hat combination I had my instructions.

85 degrees in January, is that enviable or worrying? Looking up the weather in Texas I am informed that the cooler months get no warmer than 65 degrees.
