I wore my Cavanagh Fifty Silgrey for the first time today. Wonderful, molds-like-clay felt.
As good as the best I've handled, except the Ermine, which is even thinner and still stays where you want it without steam.

Beautiful hat, and in your size! Liner pic, please?

Thanks, Max. The hat was custom made for me by Mike Miller so it had better be in my size. :)

Anyone who has handled great vintage felt knows at a glance just how great that hat is, Max. You’re one of the few people here who can post next to Vic without feeling totally outclassed.

I'll have to make that hat my screensaver, Steve.

P. & C. Habig Wien "Spezial Qualität" possibly 1932. I found this Stiff Felt back in 2010 and it's in NOS condition.

Certainly deserves to be worn. Very nice, Joe. Fabulous ribbon.
Gorgeous hat, Brent. Great looking natural felt, nice shallow flange and a nice bow: top marks!

My daughter in her Lee Adventure and me in a modern Open Road
A cuteness overdose is a risk here! You look fine as well, Roger.
