What Hat Are You Wearing Today ?

Could be mullet. Warm is what I wanted it to be, because I wasn't wearing it for the halibut. Or just because I was coddling myself. I didn't want to go walleyed from the northern wind that came down the pike and netted us 6 or so inches of snow yesterday.

Great look for you today with the Habig and peacoat. Nice pairing.

Whatever fish gave up it's fur, it looks great perched on your head...not crappie like it would look on mine. I'm floundering trying to make more fish puns, so I'll stop.

Silver mist is intriguing! That’s a beauty of a Gannon. It reminds me of a cross between bone and the Tumwater hat silver belly, which in my case was cooler and lighter than other silver bellies I’ve seen. Very nice! What color is the ribbon? My phone screen makes it out to be either black or a dark maroon.

This Flechet is one of the many French hats I bought a few years ago in Strasbourg

It has remained for years in a box, new and never worn, but too large for my head

I decided to send it to Fleur in the Netherlands for a slightly resize.
It is back and honestly I regret not having it reduced by a few millimeters before

Flechet Qualité Junior 09, color (nuance) Mammouth size is 60 cm.

The heather felt is a mixing of black, deep grey and light grey. It is soft and malleable. Without lining, only a tip in the crown

Nowadays I can't understand why I didn't like straight-sided crowns when I started in the Lounge. What's not to like? That is a beautiful hat, Jim. The ribbon looks dark maroon in my screen also. Is it?
