Stefan, Thanks! Yes it's that time again. I am feeling really good about it.Glad to see the velour season is upon us! Prime example there, Steve.
A bit late to the party, but my internet connection decided to call it a day. Crisis! Issue resolved now, so onward to this weeks' harvest.

Thanks, gentlemen. See? That's exactly why you need all of them!
Thank you, Steve. I appreciate it.Stefan, Thank you! As usual a really fantastic series of hat from you! Such a wide range presented. I especially like the French Market JHS Velour finishing act!
Looks like your week in Holland was like mine in Denmark, Stefan. Rain, then sunshine. Luckily, we both had some nice hats to make the days even brighter
Love the Mossant, that's not to leave the other excellent hats of your week out.
Thank you, Steve. Have to dig out all the velours and heathers to give them their turn in the (hopefully) sunshine!Too right
Thanks, guys! @Steve1857 , @Redfokker And @steur
Unlike my friend Steve, I look best on a moonless night, so apologies are in order for all the revealing rays.
Misto tunnel! Don't see that one very often.
Very nice Ross hat, but what fascinates me is the necklace. Where is it from?
I love this hat, everything about it. I would find all sorts of outfits it would go with. Stellar!
Very nice! I do like the color of that felt.
Wow, what a finish on that French example. Impressive.
You have the "god light" (photography term) going on big time in these shots. Very nice form.
Your unique collection never ceases to amaze, Steve. Magnificent hat with a presence.J. Hückel´s Söhne Standard "Loden" possibly late 1920s. Felt is a mix of colors with a rougher natural finish and easily dry creases. Wide Band / Bow with a blind stitch Over Welt. This hat is from my May 2016 NOS Czech find.
J. Hückel´s Söhne "Grand-Prix Paris" Display, possibly 1920s.
Your kind words are much appreciated, Daniele. It is with regret that that Mallory was too large for me, but the Penumbra is indeed a special hat. I consider myself extremely fortunate and am indebted to you for our exchange. It is with great pleasure that today I wear a hat that is the result of an exchange
View attachment 371778 Jonathan (the oldfashioned) kindly agreed to send a homburg Aristocrat made by Mallory to Europe
View attachment 371781 In return he got a Panama made by Penumbra Hats.
This is one of the very rare USA made hats I have in my collection, so it is, for me, a "new thing"

I was able to closely observe a hat made a few years ago in the United States of which I see countless hats on the screen every day

Well, I'm very happy and thank Jonathan for his kindness

Meanwhile, I enjoy the homburg in these warm autumn days.
Classy collection as always, Stefan. A split vote for the Cervo and Hückel.A bit late to the party, but my internet connection decided to call it a day. Crisis! Issue resolved now, so onward to this weeks' harvest.

Thank you! I really like the dark brown color too. I'm up in the Hood River area, but Eugene isn't too terribly far away.Great looking Knox. Versatile color. Where in Oregon? I need to introduce you to our local hatter Mike Miller in Eugene.
Speaking of exchanges, this P.C. Habig Wien courtesy of Stefan got the nod this morning:

Trying to make a point to wear hats that don't end up in the regular rotation through no fault of their own. I only have myself to blame.
Thank you! I'm always taking mental notes on styles and colors, there are lots of amazing hats on here.Very nice. Good hat to get.
Certainly good to see it out and about again, Jonathan. Fine hat.Speaking of exchanges, this P.C. Habig Wien courtesy of Stefan got the nod this morning:
