Looking good as always Michael. The Portis is great, but the coat is tremendous!!
Thanks Dave. The jacket is a Sawyer of Napa that found at a thrift toward the end of last winter.

Optimo for a morning walk with my daughter to break up the monotony of teleworking and distance learning.

Nice looking Optimo, Dave. Looks like you have some sun for your walk. Enjoy.

Stefan, that Barbisio is outstanding. The color and ribbon really make a statement.

Steven
Thank you, Steven. Barbisio made these sharkgill bows shine like nobody else.

Like that color heather with multiple decorative brim stitching.
Thanks, Randall.

Great to see you, Justin and wow: what a combination of hat and coat! Outstanding.

Wonderful
Thanks, Joe.

Fabulous pair of hats, Stefan.

Michael
Thank you, Michael. Always enjoy to see that San Antonio.

Very nice hat. I wonder who the maker was.

Can't go wrong with that colour felt and a black ribbon. Very classic looking.

Brims up for Bob.
Whoa, that's a beauty and great find, Brent! Congrats.

Gave the new-to-me old Marathon a soap and water scrubbing followed by a “gas” bath. Probably a bit cold to air it out yesterday as it iced up.

Took this new “farm hat” out for a long walk this afternoon in order to put my own sweat stains on it.

Seems to have cleaned up nicely, Bob. Great shape on that one. Looks like nice thin felt as well.

Hey all!
Even though it has been raining off and on all day, I was lucky enough to not have had to test the alleged shower-proof-ness of this recently revived Brandon.

I was, however, able to ascertain that it is absolutely NOT windproof. :)
Have a great day!
Excellent job, John. That hat is not revived but reborn!

Not exactly today, but from this weekend in the mountains, Borsalino "Castoro"

A discussion in another thread about a hat made for Montgomery Ward had me reach for this 1930s midnight blue Dunderry

I try to do that in private, Alan; the wife gets jealous:D. Speaking of which: that hat will get any lounger jealous!

Early Stetson Whippet in what I would call steel-blue. (It reminds me of the Marathon steel-blue). I was able to acquire this from Brent aka @deadlyhandsome and feel very lucky to have it in my grouping. It arrived yesterday so I had to give it a first wear today.

Super hat, Bill. Brent @deadlyhandsome seems to be in full enabling mode again these days!

Wonderful Italians, Stefan.

I have to start my Austrian week late because I don't have many. Here is an early velour purchased from a hat friend. The sweatband and ribbon had been replaced by Art Fawcett but the original fur is like... fur. Perhaps Anton Peschel, perhaps WWI era.

Superb, Alan. In the end it's the felt that counts and the ribbon suits the hat perfectly. Great shape to it and a nice real vintage vibe.
