That might be my favorite Dalton Jim. The colors are just fantastic

Thanks, Richard. Yes, it's an eye catcher for sure. Has a very nice hand to it, too.

Duty/taxes that are very high are basically import fees. Unfortunately I have no friends or relatives in the US. But my mother has married an American, so once she has her green card and moves to Texas later this year, that will be my in.

Of course you have friends in the US. What are we, chopped liver?

Thanks for the review of your new custom. What interests me is that sweat, looks to be something special.

Gorgeous Knox Jay. The Westlite that I sent to Stefan in Holland had a mid ribbon (poorly done replacement) I wonder if it started out with a thin ribbon?

This is a great color combo Rodolfo. I like the dark ribbon with the light felt. Nice change.

Hat Porn my friend!

Fantastic Mallory Jim. Good to see it in action.

Resistol's idea of granite is more Battleship Gray than Winchester's odd green gray. I like this tone Brent.

Love the rowboat, cool name for a crease.

So glad to have you back John, getting to know your hats all over again. Dig that liner.

Very nice Jared, love that finish.

Classic Roger.

That is such a cool military cap. Good to see this one coming out of summer slumber.

Thanks D. You were rocking today as well. Skull buckets have come a long way!

The brim binding and ribbon color on that Champ is sweet Doug.
Thanks Mike!
Good to be back amongst friends and fellow hat lovers.
Plus, some of my more narcissistic hats were complaining they weren't getting enough people looking at them, so I had to shut them up.
Dang Game Bird... :)

Trimmigrants. Had to look it up.

Yes, the trimmigrants are a valuable temporary workforce of mostly young suburban kids that all seem to shop at the same army surplus store. The industry depends on them, as there is not yet a machine that can do as good a job as a bunch of stoned twenty-somethings with scissors.
I suspect a good portion of them are Trustafarians, not needing the work as much as wanting to be part of the culture.

Greetings All:
Today it’s the brother from another mother to the one i posted a couple days ago.
From the black curly brim, dents and kicks stable. You just gotta love a hat that comes from a Dry Goods Store.
Stetson No.1, 31/2”curled, 4” uncurled, 6 cord.
I don’t think this one ever saw the light of day because it is faultless!
Be well. Bowen

Sent directly from my mind to yours.
My favorite of the Dalton Gang. Love that brim binding color.

Stetson St Regis Homburg to church today. Never thought I'd own a hommie, but now I have 3...

And that is just the beginning! Beautiful St. Regis Doug.

Stetson Bantam today. Spending the day in bed, 'cause Ana is sick. Solidarity will get you a long way into multiple-hat tolerance. [emoji2]

Love the Bantam Max. Just a "kiss" of a pinch, nice.

My buddy at church, sporting a cast and a Panama hat I picked up for him in Ecuador... his 3rd. 1st was eaten by their pet rabbit, 2nd was lost in a house fire.

Wow, talk about a string of bad luck hats. Bunny damage is a new one! Hopefully this one will survive, looks good on him.

Thanks Mike!

They do squawk a lot! You just need to remember to change the papers in the bottom of the cage.

Beautiful color on that Champ. Nice condition too.

Out and about with my big girls. Akubra Squatter in carbon grey.

Well, it looks very natural on you, Doug.
It reminds me of a line by Albert Alligator in the comic strip "Pogo" (remember that one?):

"Funny how a handsome man look good on any ol' thing he throw on".

Correction. I looked it up. The line was "Funny how a good-lookin' fella look handsome in anything he throw on"

Took the new Barbisio for a spin this morning. After some nudging of the sweat, it fits nicely. The felt on this one is incredible! Very, very soft to the point of being on the floppy side. It takes an organic grab pinch to the center dent well. The brim has a nice droop, not a snap, a droop. The name of this hat is not on the sweat or in the meager tag. All it has is the color "Brera".
