"Wear the right hat for the occasion!" (Saturday Review Stetson Hats advertisement) "Right for dress-up: The Vogue."

The Stetson DeLuxe Vogue, originally priced @ $12.50, was my hat choice for morning excursions to pick up a pound of freshly roasted coffee. I need new coffee for my last on-line continuing education class of the semester this morning. I headed out in the Stetson hat.

On-line does not mean I can not dress dapperly. My fellow on-line classmates do dress better than average.
About the fedora - This unique 40's hat is a very unique green hue sport'n a maroon/brown edge and ribbon treatment.

New/old Stetson Sovereign Twenty Mode edge. Hard to see in this pic but I gave it a tight pinch and pulled the brim lower to give it more of a 40's look.

We are back to 14 day quarantine for visitors to this island, but during a brief window of open travel, I had my Gannon retrieved from storage and brought over. I am enjoying the cooler temperatures wearing 100% beaver felt in the tropics.

50s Dobbs with Guild edge

Only about a year ago this was my first slight wider brimmed hat at 2 3/8. One of those lucky things where it came along with another hat I was more focused on but knew immediately when it came out of the box it was a beautiful keeper. A very cool Fifteen dollar hat with a Cavanagh edge and nice wide 2 1/8 ribbon. I think this one managed to be my favorite for at least a few weeks! As with most of my black hats this one deserves more wear!!

Hope you just have a regular sickness, Bob. Me and 8 members of my immediate family has had Covid including my 86 year old Dad and 80 year old Mom.
Thankfully, we were over the worst of it in 4 days. For each of us, the following 7 day lingering persistent weakness and lethargy was annoying.
I pray you have a swift recovery from whatever you’ve got!

My story's not as exotic or as interesting as yours, but I often think to myself, wow, you made it in another country man.

Thanks Randall. I really appreciate it! If the next seven days is anything like the last 10 years the annoying weakness and lethargy is bound to continue (although I think that is mostly annoying to my wife).
