How is it, to live in Japan? And how'd you end up over there?

I had to go into the office to do paperwork this Sunday morning. Royal quality Stratoliner in cognac.

It seems I gravitate to these rusty brown hues like cognac and chestnut. This particular hat is a rather mediocre and unimpressive felt. I wish they had made this color in Excellent Quality.

I know for you purists that a feather on a Stratoliner or any hat is sacrilegious, but aside from adding stiffener to the brim, I had to do something to spruce this poor hat up.

I like that liner. You know, I am often tempted to remove that translucent layer in liners...

Yeah, this is my favorite Marathon logo. I've been known to remove the ones that are cracked and breaking up. I've had some that fall apart if you look at them. I prefer to keep them, if possible. This one is clear translucent, not what I'd call an oilskin. That and the logo make me think this thing might be 1930s or so.

Where are the donuts?

In mah belly!

I was going to ask for pictures of the donuts. Glad I didn't.:)
