Whats up Harv!NW Hat Co
Marvelous hat, Fruno!Like Doug, I've been inspired by the great 40s, 50s, and 100s on here this week. In fact, a couple of years ago, I was inspired enough by that Knox 100 that I had this custom made by Gus Miller to emulate it.
Unexpected photobomb by the Subway truck, LOL. Which is doubly funny since I'm tucking into a Chick-fil-A Spicy Deluxe as I type this.
Sent directly from my mind to yours.
Pumpkin picking. And looking like a creep while doing it apparently [emoji16]Whats up Harv!
Looking smooth from top to bottom, Michael! An old beater of Royal Deluxe OR type on a cool and sunny morning.

Two cool dudes. Great post Jeff!Catching up on the last few days. Everyone looks great in these amazing hats!
Here’s what I sported around town recently:
Wormser with a super cool ribbon:
Optimo green Manhattan:
My dad is visiting and he’s wearing the Falcon Park I got him for his bday a few years back.
VS Bobby Blue:
If anyone was wondering, yes, those are indeed coconut shavings falling from the tall coconut trees above my home. Not snowflakes, not snowflakes at all...

Thanks Red.You have been sporting some excellent ORs this week Michael. Great look today.
Thanks D. Great Borsa topped outfit for you today. I'm liking this cool weather so far.Looking smooth from top to bottom, Michael!
That's a real beauty, Tuck! It's your signature style completely. With all the incredible Knox 40s, 50s, and 100s being posted and talked about lately it pushed me to pull out my best, a Knox 15. As nice as the felt is on this one, I can't nearly imagine how much nicer a 40, 50, or 100 can be... and I'll try and find out, someday.
This is a 7-3/8 LO and fits like it was custom made for me. The felt is super maleable and although it's hard to tell from the washed out pictures, the color is a rich whisky or bourbon hue, if you please. Felted, the brim has the Knox Custom Edge, a brim treatment I wish they would bring back.
Specs on this one are similar to the 100 @alanfgag posted about yesterday, too: 5-1/2" crown with a 2-3/4" brim and a 1-15/16" wide ribbon. The bow keep has that wonderful twisted accent to it that just makes me whisper low and soft: coooooooooool.......
Cool mornings, and I might switch out to a lighter shirt and hat in the afternoon, because - for Bob - were getting an entire week+ of sunny 70-73°F weather here. What an October!

Nah. She's too thin, small hands. Made sure before I signed the wedding certificate.Or she might just choke you out!
The felt on my 40 might be nicer, I don't know. But the color and shape of your fifteen are head and shoulders above mine, Douglas. With all the incredible Knox 40s, 50s, and 100s being posted and talked about lately it pushed me to pull out my best, a Knox 15. Good to see you Fred! Whiskers and all. So, Stetson is available at Fredericks of Hollywood now?Yup, Autumn has crashed in on us almost uninvited. Temperatures dropped 30° as the remnants of Hurricane Michael passed nearby. It looks like it took with it any lingering summer weather, too.
Just the thing! I've been wanting to try out my new Stetson Fredericks. Here's the gray:

Great lines on this Marathon. It does look more gray on my monitor though. I think the key is lighting and a good color balance on your camera/phone.Looks gray but this is a slate blue Marathon. How do you guys get yours to photograph blue?

Are you going with a contrasting color ribbon on this one? It is so light, any color would stand out. Beautiful hat.My new Stetson Twenty Five OR today. It turned out beautifully. Bought a new ribbon for it last night, but I will have to pick it up in Texas in a couple weeks. The Texas-Mexico City Hat Trafficking Ring has expanded to ribbons.
BTW, I never imagined myself shopping for ribbons before, or washing, scrubbing, brushing, steaming and ironing anything.
My wife can't believe it.
What we do for hats. [emoji2]

Redheads are always a blast, feisty, but a lot of fun. So furry! My Swedish fur cap today for the bike ride.

It's already been getting a lot of play for that purpose this fall.
Have a great Saturday night,
Michael
Good to see you Harv. Not so creepy, more Halloween sinister maybe. Great hat.NW Hat Co
