Jimmy, that's a superb color and ribbon contrast on that one man. :eusa_clap

Lefty, did you throw your 2 cents in?

Your Adam looks great. Very nice crease work and I like the mid-width ribbon.

Thanks, Mr. P - I wish I could take credit for the crease, but that's the way it came to me. Nice C-crown job, probably done at the factory.

Let's cover those ending in "y" first - Jaunty, Bolty, Salty, Woody, Lefty, Jimmy - all looking great. Love the Lefty pics, love the color on that Nokabout, love that Adam, Salty. I guess Daizawaguy ends in "y" as well - always sharp, D. Thank you all again for posting pics!

Luvly! How was the tournament, by the way?

Thanks! I was seeded 4th out of 40 after the first round of pools but lost my direct elimination bout to make the top 8 so ended up 9th. I should have made the top 8 at the minimum but I still had a nice visit to Dallas and the Stetson outlet. :)

re: what I wore yestrday.....

RBH: the cavanagh feels like it "fits right" it sits with the brim about a finger's width above my ear, I had one that sat lower but I didn't like it rubbin on my ears. I like the shape of the crown (it's featured in my avitar), I am just wondering if it's a bit stingy for me. here's a better picture of it on me

handlebar bart & bolthead: the upper picture is a fed 4 which falls into the 2 3/4" tall, untapered brim, it's just 1/2 size too small I think. here is a pcture of a campdraft (which also falls into that category)

and here is one of my summer hats w/ a 3" brim, I think it's a little too much, and only wear it when I'm going to be outside all day
